Mr.Guidon is a company in El Paso TX that makes custom flags/guidons and display cases.

After having my project for over 30 days, 2 nights before I was supposed to receive my miniature flags and display case that was a gift for my boss, the owner called me and said they could not complete my project--that he had made too many mistakes and had no materials left. He continuously promised me he would have the gift I ordered and then never delivered.

It ruined my boss's going away party!How can someone promise and not deliver?
